Paella Workshops

With our paella workshops in Seville, 100% hands-on you will learn how to master the authentic paella production technique as well as enjoy a lunch on a very special and different context.

Together with our chef Johannes, participants learn how to manipulate high quality ingredients and to master the technique to cook the best paella.

Also, meanwhile you follow the workshop, we will offer you a carefully selection of tapas elaborated by our chefs according to the season and the availability of the product in the market. You could find tapas as:

Jamón ibérico 100% de bellota
Tortilla de camarones.
Selección de croquetas caseras.
Gravlax de borriquete.
Drinks incluyed.

We organise daily paella workshops, where we work all together around the stoves. You will share the kitchen with our chef and enjoy the process and the results with a great selection of appetisers and wines.

The Food Club is a very spacious venue equipped with latest technology, where you will have a remarkable day with your friends and will learn to make the authentic paella.

How long in advance should I arrive at paella workshop?

The best is that you arrive 10 minutes before the course starts.

Can I take a friend with me if I don’t have a reservation?

Of course, we will cook an extra portion. The payment will be done in the establishment.

Seafood or meat paella?

Paella can be done with a lot of different ingredients, the typical ones in South Spain are with seafood or Iberian . If you prefer something else you can ask!

Do you cook Valencian paella?

Valencian paella is originally from the Mediterranean area, the traditional recipe is made with vegetables, rabbit and chicken meat. Our international chef Johannes Kaldalu, who has lived for many years in Spain, can cook any type Spanish recipe with sophistication and authenticity.

The Food Club brings the best flavours of Spain to our establishment in Mercado Arenal (Sevilla).

I´m vegan, could I participate in the workshop?

Of course! Write us your particular request, we will prepare a vegan paella, exclusively made with ecological and seasonal vegetables.

What does the rice workshop in Seville include?

Our paella workshops are the perfect activities to know how to cook and prepare paella by your own, being able to manage all the ingredients with the assistance of our chef.

The workshop includes: appetizers and tapas meanwhile we cook and drinks.

What happens at the end of the workshop?

We will be happy to know your opinion, you can suggest it to your friends and relatives, and share on social media. Any suggestions will be happily welcome too.
